“Called By Choice on a Sunday morning. Kevin was out within an hour. Our system was 14 yrs old & he diagnosed we needed replacement of several items. Knowing he wasn't able to fix it immediately, he provided 2 portable units to keep indoor temp tolerable. First thing Monday morning he provided complete estimates for various repair options. We opted to go with a complete new HVAC system. Kevin & Corey were out with the new system at 10am & all was up & running by 3pm! Super friendly, professional service & reasonable pricing. We love to support local business operators who do great work.”

“I just had Kevin from By Choice Air come out & it’s a Sunday!, after dealing for almost one month with (All Right Air conditioning & Heat! Never Use Them. ) they said I needed a Compressor & mind you the two times they came no one checked the Capacitor which Kevin did! Thank God because that’s exactly what was needed to fix the issue & none of the others touched it you could see by all the dirt & dust & no smug or prints or being wiped off. Now my AC is working like a champ in all rooms & where as the temp never went down it now is doing just that going down to the setting I put in. Kevin was so kind in explaining it all to me & I actually understood what was going on. I do believe I’m kinda ready for out 120 degree temps (NOT!! 🤪🤪) By Choice Air is The Best! I have put a pic of their Business Card! You won’t regret calling them🤗👍🏼”
